    Standards of Ethical Conduct Master Tree Academy

Employees must maintain honesty, avoid malicious statements, and respect colleagues' rights. All personnel must complete ethical conduct training and report misconduct, including child abuse, to the appropriate authorities. Legal protections are in place for those reporting in good faith.
